Heater Control Assembly: Removal

REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER
1. Using a screwdriver, pry out the 2 finish panels.
  HINT:
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL
1. Remove the 2 screws.

2. Using a screwdriver, pry out the finish panel.
  HINT:
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
3. w/o Radio:
  Remove the 4 bolts and stereo opening cover.
  
  w/ Radio:
  
  Remove the 4 bolts and radio, then disconnect the connectors.

DISCONNECT HEATER CONTROL CABLES
Remove the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.

NOTE: When the cables are disconnected, be careful not to bend the cables.

REMOVE HEATER CONTROL ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 2 screws.
2. Using a screwdriver, pry out the heater control assembly.
  HINT:
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
3. Disconnect the 2 connectors.
