Inspection Procedure

  1. Check tire size. 
    1. NG: Replace tires so that all 4 tires are same in size. 
    2. OK: Go To Next Step 
  2. Check sensor rotor (Under  DTC C0200/31, C0200/32, C0200/33, C0200/34, C0200/35, C0200/36, C0200/38, C1239/39: SPEED SENSOR CIRCUIT  ). 
    1. NG: Replace speed sensor rotor. 
    2. OK: Go To Next Step 
  3. Check speed sensor (See  DTC C0200/31, C0200/32, C0200/33, C0200/34, C0200/35, C0200/36, C0200/38, C1239/39: SPEED SENSOR CIRCUIT  ). 
    1. NG: Replace speed sensor. 
    2. OK: Go To Next Step 
  4. Check for open and short circuit in harness and connector between speed sensor and skid control ECU (See  HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ). 
    1. NG: Repair or replace harness and connector. 
    2. OK: Check and replace brake actuator assembly.
