Brake Master Cylinder: Reassembly

COAT PARTS WITH LITHIUM SOAP BASE GLYCOL GREASE, AS SHOWN
INSTALL NO. 2 PISTON AND SPRING
1. Install the No. 2 piston and spring.

2. Using a screwdriver, push the No. 2 piston and spring, then install the straight pin.
INSTALL NO. 1 PISTON AND SPRING
1. Install the No. 1 piston and spring.

2. Using snap ring pliers, install the snap ring.

INSTALL RESERVOIR
1. Install the strainer and cap to the reservoir.
2. Install the 2 grommets and reservoir to the cylinder body.
3. Using a pin punch and a hammer, tap in the slotted spring pin.
