Steering Wheel Pad And Spiral Cable: Removal

CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after the ignition switch is turned to the "LOCK" position and the negative (-) terminal cable is disconnected from the battery.
NOTE: For step 1 to 4, refer to REMOVAL .
  1. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL PAD 
  2. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL 
  3. REMOVE COLUMN LOWER COVER 
  4. REMOVE SPIRAL CABLE
