Inspection Procedure

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard: 

   TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION (1 OF 2)
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   D3-12 (TS) - D3-4 (CG)	IG switch ON	10 to 14 V

1. NG: Go to step   3 

OK: Go to Next Step. 

1. Check the harness and connector between the skid control ECU and DLC3.

1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (TS CIRCUIT) 

OK: Go to Next Step. 

REPLACE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSY (SEE  REPLACEMENT  ) 

1. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard: 

   TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION (2 OF 2)
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   D3-4 (CG) - Body ground	Below 1 Ω

1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (GND CIRCUIT) 

OK: Go to Next Step. 

1. Check the harness and connector between the skid control ECU and DLC3.

1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (TC CIRCUIT) 

OK: REPLACE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSY (SEE  REPLACEMENT  )
