Inspection Procedure

READ VALUE OF HAND-HELD TESTER

Operate the hand-held tester according to the steps on the display and select "DATA LIST".

DATA LIST TEST DETAILS

OK: REPAIR OR REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSY
NG: Go to next step.

CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSY
1. Remove the combination meter assy.
2. Check continuity.
  1. Check continuity between the terminal C10-25, 26 of the combination meter connector and the body ground.
    Standard: Continuity.
  2. Light control switch to ON.
  3. Measure the voltage between the terminal C10-22, 23 of the combination meter connector and the body ground.
    Standard voltage: 10 - 14 V

1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
2. OK: REPAIR OR REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSY
