Removal & Installation

  1. Remove caliper assembly with brakeline connected, and support securely aside ensuring flexible brake hose is not stressed. See REAR BRAKE CALIPER . Remove torque plate from backing plate.
  2. Mark disc and hub for installation reference. Slide disc off hub assembly. Turn parking brake shoe adjuster to release shoes from disc (as necessary) to remove disk. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
