Inspection Procedure

1. Disconnect the C10 connector.
2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard:

NG: Go to step   4 

OK: Go to next step. 

1. Disconnect the C10 connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard:

NG: Go to step 3 

OK: REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSY (SEE  INSTRUMENT PANEL/METER  ) 

1. Disconnect the front seat inner belt assy connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard:

NG: REPLACE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSY (PASSENGER SIDE) 

OK: Go to next step. 

1. Disconnect the front seat inner belt assy connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard:

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSY BODY GROUND) 

OK: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSY - COMBINATION METER ASSY) 

1. Disconnect the C10 and F11 connectors.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard: 

   TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   C10-30 - F11-3	Always	Below 1Ω
   C10-30 - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard:

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: REPLACE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT (SEE  SEAT BELT  )
