Ventilation Valve Sub-ASSY (2AZ-FE): Replacement

REMOVE VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSY
1. Disconnect the ventilation hose from the ventilation valve.
2. Remove the ventilation valve.
INSTALL VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSY
1. Install the ventilation valve.
  1. Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads.
    - Adhesive:Part No. 08833-00070, THREE BOND 1324 or equivalent

  2. Install the ventilation valve.
    - Torque: 19 N.m (193 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf)
2. Connect the ventilation hose to the ventilation valve.
