Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK COMBINATION SWITCH (LIGHTING AND TURN SIGNAL SWITCH) OPERATION 

    Check that the headlamps operate normally by operating the combination switch (lighting and turn signal switch).

    Do they operate normally? 

    YES: GO TO 2

    NO: Refer to "WORK FLOW ".

  2. CHECK FRONT DOOR SWITCH LH SIGNAL CIRCUIT 

    Perform inspection of the front door switch LH signal circuit. Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".

    Is the inspection result normal? 

    YES: GO TO 3

    NO: Repair harness or connector.

  3. CHECK FRONT DOOR SWITCH LH 

    Perform a unit inspection for the front door switch LH. Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".

    Is the inspection result normal? 

    YES: Replace the BCM. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".

    NO: Replace the front door switch LH.
