AUTOMATIC DRIVE POSITIONER CONTROL UNIT: Diagnosis Procedure

NOTE:
Do not disconnect the battery negative terminal and the driver seat control unit connector until DTC is confirmed with CONSULT.
Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to "WIRING DIAGRAM ".
- CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect the automatic drive positioner control unit.
- Check voltage between automatic drive positioner control unit harness connector and ground.
Terminals Voltage (V) (Approx.) (+) (-) Automatic drive positioner control unit connector Terminal M34 34 Ground Battery voltage 39 Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 2
NO: Check the following.
- Repair or replace harness.
- Circuit breaker-2.
- CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between the automatic drive positioner control unit harness connector and ground.
Automatic drive positioner control unit connector Terminal Ground Continuity M34 40 Yes 48 Is the inspection result normal?
YES: Automatic drive positioner control unit power supply and ground circuit are OK.
NO: Repair or replace harness.
