Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to "WIRING DIAGRAM ".

CHECK FRONT DOOR SWITCH LH CIRCUIT

Disconnect BCM and front door switch LH.

Check continuity between BCM connector and front door switch LH connector.

M19	47	B8	2	Yes

Check continuity between BCM connector and ground.

BCM connector	Terminal	Ground	Continuity
M19	47	Ground	No

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: GO TO 2

NO: Repair or replace harness.

CHECK FRONT DOOR SWITCH LH
Refer to "COMPONENT INSPECTION ".

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: GO TO 3

NO: Replace front door switch LH.
CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
Refer to "INTERMITTENT INCIDENT ".

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: Replace BCM. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".

NO: Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.
