Component Function Check

  1. CHECK DOOR REQUEST SWITCH 

    Check that door request switches operate normally.

    Is the inspection result normal? 

    YES: GO TO 2

    NO: Inspect door request switches. Refer to "COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK ".

  2. CHECK FRONT ANTENNAS FUNCTION 

    Be sure that Intelligent Key is in each outside key antenna detection range.

    Does door lock/unlock when each request switch is pressed? 

    YES: GO TO 3

    NO: Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".

  3. CHECK REAR ANTENNA FUNCTION 

    Be sure that Intelligent Key is in rear bumper antenna detection range.

    Be sure that back door close switch is not in the "CANCEL" position.

    Does power back door open when back door handle switch is operated? 

    YES: Outside key antennas are OK.

    NO: Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".
