Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to "WIRING DIAGRAM ".
- CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY WARNING BUZZER (ENGINE ROOM) POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect Intelligent Key warning buzzer (engine room) connector.
- Check voltage between Intelligent Key warning buzzer (engine room) harness connector E25 terminal 1 and ground.
1 - Ground: Battery voltage

Is the inspection normal?
YES: GO TO 2
NO: Repair or replace Intelligent Key warning buzzer (engine room) power supply circuit.
- CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY WARNING BUZZER (ENGINE ROOM) CIRCUIT
- Disconnect Intelligent Key unit connector.
- Check continuity between Intelligent Key unit harness connector (A) M70 terminal 4 and Intelligent Key warning buzzer (engine room) harness connector E25 terminal 3.
4 - 3: Continuity should exist.
- Check continuity between Intelligent Key warning buzzer (engine room) harness connector E25 terminal 3 and ground.
3 - Ground: Continuity should not exist.

Is the inspection normal?
YES: GO TO 3
NO: Repair or replace harness between Intelligent Key warning buzzer (engine room) and Intelligent Key unit.
- CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY WARNING BUZZER (ENGINE ROOM) OPERATION
Check "COMPONENT INSPECTION ".
Is the inspection normal?
YES: Check intermittent incident. Refer to "INTERMITTENT INCIDENT ".
NO: Replace Intelligent Key warning buzzer.
