Removal and Installation: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

This model includes the variable voltage control system. Therefore be sure to inspect the variable voltage control system after replacing the generator to ensure the system operates normally.
Install the generator and check the tension of the drive belt. Refer to "CHECKING DRIVE BELTS ".

CAUTION: Tighten terminal nut carefully.

Terminal nut: 10.8 N.m (1.1 kg-m, 8 ft-lb)
