Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the engine under cover. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
  2. Drain engine coolant from the radiator. Refer to "CHANGING ENGINE COOLANT ".
  3. Disconnect water hoses from the oil cooler.
    CAUTION: Do not spill engine coolant on the drive belt.
  4. Remove oil filter. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
    CAUTION: Do not spill engine oil on the drive belts.
  5. Remove connector bolt, oil cooler and O-ring.
    CAUTION: Do not reuse O-ring.
