Removal of Thermostat Housing, Water Outlet and Heater Pipe

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
  2. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
  3. Remove upper radiator hose.
  4. Remove water hoses.
  5. Remove the thermostat housing, water outlet and heater pipe.
