Removal and Installation - Rear Expansion Valve: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Expansion valve bolts: 4 N.m (0.41 kg-m, 35 in-lb)

A/C refrigerant pipe to expansion valve bolt: Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION - REAR EXPANSION VALVE ".

CAUTION:

Do not reuse O-rings.
Apply A/C oil to the expansion valve O-rings and the A/C refrigerant pipe O-rings for installation.
After charging the refrigerant, check for leaks.
