Proportioning Valve

Attach and bleed pressure gauge set. Raise master cylinder pressure and check rear wheel pressure. See PROPORTIONING VALVE PRESSURE SPECIFICATIONS  table. When inspecting fluid pressure, check left front and right rear together, then check right front and left rear together. If rear cylinder pressure is incorrect, replace ABS actuator. See appropriate ANTI-LOCK article in BRAKES. Remove pressure gauge set. Bleed brake system and check for leaks.
