Inspection Procedure

  1. INSPECT FUSE (ECU-B, DOME, IG1) 
    1. Check that continuity exists of ECU-B, DOME and HTR fuse.
    1. NG: REPLACE FUSE 
    2. OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY (POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT) 
    1. Disconnect the C11 connector from combination meter.
    2. Measure voltage between terminals C11-2, C11-12 of combination meter connector and body ground.

      Standard: 10 - 14 V 

    3. Turn ignition switch ON.
    4. Measure voltage between terminals C11-1, C11-13 of combination meter connector and body ground.

      Standard: 10 - 14 V 

    1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 
    2. OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  3. CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY (GROUND CIRCUIT) 
    1. Disconnect the C11 connector from combination meter
    2. Check continuity between terminals C11-11, C11-22 of combination meter connector and body ground.

      Standard: Continuity exists 

    1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 
    2. OK: CHECK AND REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY
