Heated oxygen sensor monitors exhaust gas oxygen content and delivers an input signal to ECM. ECM uses input signal to determine fuel injection system operation. Heated oxygen sensors include a heater. DTC P0130/P0150 is set when voltage output of heated oxygen sensor remains at 0.4 volts or more, or 0.55 volts or less during idle after engine is warmed up. DTCs P2195/2197 is set when voltage output of heated oxygen sensor remains at 0.55 volts or less during idle after engine is warmed up. DTCs P2196/2198 is set when voltage output of heated oxygen sensor remains at 0.4 volts or more, during idle after engine is warmed up. Possible causes are:
- Open or short in heated oxygen sensor circuit.
- Defective heated oxygen sensor.
- Leaking air intake system.
- Fuel pressure problem.
- Faulty fuel injector.
- Faulty ECM.
