After confirming DTC, use scan tool to access CURRENT DATA to confirm throttle valve opening percentage with throttle open and closed. See THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR SPECIFICATION table. Using scan tool, read freeze frame data. Freeze frame records engine conditions when malfunction is detected.
