Possible Causes

DTC 86/B1168 could be caused by a short to battery in circuit ICL+ (Yellow/Violet wire) and circuit ICL- (Yellow/Orange wire) in left-side head impact air bag squib circuit, left-side head impact air bag squib malfunction or air bag sensor assembly malfunction.

NOTE: During testing, if DTCs other than DTC 86/B1168 are displayed, disregard them.
