Head Impact Air Bag Modules

Head impact air bag module is located along the right and left sides of the roof frame. It contains a squib, igniter charge and gas generant and inflates the air bag when instructed by air bag sensor assembly. The head impact air bag module may also be called curtain shield air bag.
