Possible Causes

DTC 45/B0117 could be caused by a short to ground in side air bag squib circuit, side air bag squib malfunction or air bag sensor assembly malfunction.

NOTE: During testing, if DTCs other than DTC 45/B0117 are displayed, disregard them.
