Circuit Description

When ignition key turns to START position, battery voltage is input to the NSW terminal of ECM. Condition for setting this code are: Ignition key is in the START position, vehicle speed must be at least 44 MPH and engine speed between 1500-2500 RPM for 30 seconds or more.
Possible causes are:
- Short in ignition switch circuit.
- Ignition switch malfunction.
- ECM malfunction.
