Park/Neutral Position Switch: Removal

Park/neutral position switch is located on side of transmission. Remove lock nut, washer and manual lever from control shaft. See Figure or Figure . Bend up tabs on lock washer. Remove lock nut, lock washer and seal from control shaft. Remove retaining bolts and switch.
