SL Solenoid

ECM controls torque converter clutch lock-up by delivering an output signal to lock-up solenoid. SL solenoid (also called lock-up solenoid) is activated when gearshift lever is in "D" position and vehicle is at specified speed. SL solenoid is located on transmission valve body. See Figure-Figure .
