Circuit Description

SLN solenoid controls hydraulic pressure acting on accumulator control valve to smooth shifting. DTC is output when the following conditions are detected for one second or more: engine at normal operating temperature, and there is current flow to SLN solenoid with engine speed at 500 RPM or more, or PNP switch signal is ON ("P" or "N" position). Possible causes are:
- Open or short in SLN solenoid circuit.
- SLN solenoid malfunction.
- ECM malfunction.
