Circuit Description

Vehicle speed sensor for Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) detects wheel speed and sends appropriate signal to ABS ECU. ABS ECU converts and sends a 4-pulse signal to instrument cluster, which then outputs a 4-pulse signal to ECM. ECM determines vehicle speed based on frequency of pulse signals. DTC is set when ECM does not detect a signal while vehicle is in motion. Possible causes are:
