Removal (RX 300)

- Remove air cleaner assembly and drain brake fluid. See Fig 1.
- Disconnect brake fluid level warning switch harness connector.
- Make a paint line on hoses pointing forward. Using pliers, slide clip and disconnect brake hose from reservoir. Remove clip.
- Remove bolt and disconnect reservoir assembly from bracket.
- Using pliers, slide clips in direction of reservoir.
- Make a paint line on hoses pointing forward. Disconnect reservoir hoses from master cylinder and remove clips.
- Using special tool (09751-36011), disconnect brake lines.
- Remove nuts and bracket and pull out master cylinder and gasket.
- Remove reservoir with 2 reservoir hoses.
