Power Brake Unit Push Rod: Es300

- Apply special tool (09737-00011) to master cylinder with 2 0.7 mm feeler gauges as shown in illustration. See Fig 1.
- Set special tool on master cylinder and lower pin until it slightly touches master cylinder piston.
- Apply chalk to flat surfaced tip of special tool pin. Turn special tool upside down and set it on power brake unit. Measure clearance between power brake unit push rod and pin. Clearance should be zero. If clearance is not zero, adjust power brake unit push rod length until push rod lightly touches pin head.
