Section 512 (Rear Seat (Power Adjuster Type)): Reassembly

INSTALL SEAT POSITION CONTROL ECU
1. Install the seat position control ECU with the bolt and nut.
2. Connect the connector.
3. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.
INSTALL SEAT POSITION ECU
1. Install the seat position ECU with the bolt and nut.
2. Connect the connector.
3. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.
INSTALL SEAT VIBRATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Install the seat vibrator assembly with the 4 nuts.
2. Engage the clamp and connect the connector.
3. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.

INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER AND INNER TRACKS
1. Install the rear seat inner tracks to the rear seat support bracket with the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf)
2. Install the rear seat outer tracks to the rear seat support bracket with the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf)
3. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.

INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY
1. Install the rear seat inner belt assembly with the nut.
  Torque: 42 N.m (430 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)
2. Engage the clamp.
3. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.

INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER
1. Install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.
  HINT:
  
  When installing hog ring, take care to prevent wrinkles as much as possible.
2. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.
INSTALL SEAT CUSHION FRAME
1. Install the seat cushion frame with new hog rings to the seat cushion cover with pad.
  HINT:
  
  When installing hog ring, take care to prevent wrinkles as much as possible.
2. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.
INSTALL SEATBACK HINGES
1. Install the 2 seatback hinges with the 2 bolts.
2. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.
  Torque: 18 N.m (185 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)
INSTALL HEADREST ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY
1. Install the headrest adjuster assembly with the 4 nuts.
2. Engage the clamp.
3. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.
INSTALL SEATBACK COVER
1. Install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.
  HINT:
  
  When installing hog ring, take care to prevent wrinkles as much as possible.
2. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.
INSTALL SEATBACK FRAME ASSEMBLY
1. Install the seatback frame assembly with new hog rings to the seatback cover with pad.
  HINT:
  
  When installing hog ring, take care to prevent wrinkles as much as possible.
2. Install the 2 headrest supports.
3. LH side: Install the 2 headrest supports.
4. Install the seat belt guide with the 2 screws.
5. RH side: Install the center seat belt guide with the 2 screws.
LH side: REASSEMBLE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST
1. Install the audio and rear A/C switch with the 2 screws.
2. Install the power seat switch with the 4 screws.
3. Install the center armrest plate.
4. Install the center armrest door with the 2 screws.
5. Install the center armrest hinge with the 2 screws.
6. Install the 2 armrest hinge covers with the 2 nuts.

LH side: INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST
1. Install the rear seat center armrest with the 2 nuts.
2. Engage the wire harness clamp.

INSTALL HEADREST
1. Remove the 2 pins.
2. Install the headrest and 2 pins.
3. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.
