Blower Motor: Inspection

  1. Remove blower motor.
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Remove the 3 screws and motor.

  2. Inspect blower motor operation.
    1. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 2, then check that the motor operations smoothly.

    2. If operation is not as specified, replace the blower motor.
  3. Install blower motor.
    1. Install the motor with the 3 screws.
    2. Connect the connector.
