Inspection Procedure

  1. Check door key lock and unlock switch using DTC check (See  CIRCUIT INSPECTION  ). 
    1. OK : Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on 7 problem symptoms table (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  ). 
    2. NG : Go to next step. 
  2. Check door key lock and unlock switch (See  INSPECTION  ). 
    1. NG : Replace door lock assembly. 
    2. OK : Go to next step. 
  3. Check wire harness and connector between door key lock and unlock switch and driver door ECU (See  HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ). 
    1. NG : Repair or replace wire harness or connector. 
    2. OK : Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  ).
