Inspection Procedure

  1. Check the transistors related to individual lights with a LEXUS hand-held tester. 

    PREPARATION: 

    Connect the LEXUS hand-held tester to DLC3.

    CHECK: 

    Check each light (each transistor in the Luggeare room J/B ECU) using DATA LIST.

    1. OK : Error In past is plausible. No problem. 
    2. NG : Go to next step. 
  2. Check wire harness between luggage room J/B ECU and light in which an error is detected at above step. (See  HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ). 
    1. NG : Repair or replace wire harness or connector. 
    2. OK : Replace the luggage room J/B ECU. (See  HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ).
