Removal & Installation (ES300 & RX300)

Distributorless Ignition System (DIS) uses 6 ignition coils with internal ignitors, one ignition coil/ignitor for each cylinder. Remove engine cover. Disconnect electrical connector at ignition coil/ignitor. Remove bolt and ignition coil/ignitor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten ignition coil/ignitor bolt to specification.
