Removal (ES300)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain coolant. Disconnect MAF sensor connector. Disconnect VSV connector for Canister Closed Valve (CCV) and air hose. Disconnect 4 vacuum hoses and ventilation hose. Remove air cleaner cap with hose. Remove front suspension center upper brace.
Disconnect throttle position sensor connector. Disconnect throttle control motor connector. SeeFig 1. Disconnect 2 water bypass hoses. See Fig 2. Remove 4 bolts, throttle body and gasket. See Fig 3.
