Installation (ES300)

  1. Install NEW "O" rings on injectors. Apply a light coat of gasoline to fuel injector "O" rings. Using a twisting motion, push injectors onto fuel rail. Ensure injectors are fully seated. Ensure injector connectors are positioned outward.
  2. Install fuel pipe No. 1 and 2 with 2 new pulsation damper gaskets and pulsation damper. Install delivery pipe with 2 new fuel pipe No. 1 gaskets and a bolt to fuel pipe No. 1. Install fuel pipe No. 1 to intake manifold. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Turn ignition on. Start engine and check fuel system for leaks.
