Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER 
    1. Check that the wireless system will operate when connected to new or normal door control receiver.
    2. Check that no diagnosis has been output.

      Standard: No diagnosis has been output 

      B: REPLACE DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER 

      A: Go to next step. 

  2. CHECK WIRE HARNESS 
    1. Disconnect the B5 body ECU connector and D13 door control receiver connector, and check the continuity between the disconnected connectors.

      Standard:

      NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 

      OK: REPLACE DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSY
