Inspection Procedure

  1. Inspect DLC3 
    1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
    2. Measure voltage between terminals Ts and CG of DLC3.

      1. OK: Voltage: 10-14 V 
    1. OK: Go To Step   3 
    2. NG: Go To Next Step  .
  2. Check Wire Harness And Connector (DLC3 - Skid Control ECU, DLC3 - Body Ground).  See HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT ECU CONTROLLED SYSTEMS .
    1. OK: Check And Replace Skid Control ECU Assy. 
    2. NG: Repair Or Replace Harness Or Connector 
  3. Check ABS Warning Light 
    1. Using SST, connect the terminals Ts and CG of the DLC3.
    2. Check the ABS warning light.

      1. OK: ABS Warning Light Blinking 
    1. OK: No Problem 
    2. NG: Check And Replace Skid Control ECU Assy.
