Inspection Procedure

NOTE:
Start the inspection from step 1 in case of using the TOYOTA hand-held tester and start from step 2 in case of not using the TOYOTA hand-held tester.
- Read Value Of Toyota Hand-Held Tester (Deceleration Sensor Output Value)
- Select the DATALIST mode on the TOYOTA hand-held tester.
- Check that the deceleration value of the deceleration sensor displayed by the TOYOTA hand-held tester is changing when tilting the vehicle.
- OK: Deceleration Value Must Be Changing.
- OK: Go To Step 3
- NG: Go To Next Step .
- Check Wire Harness And Connector (Deceleration Sensor - Skid Control ECU)

- OK: Go To Next Step .
- NG: Repair Or Replace Harness Or Connector
- Inspect Deceleration Sensor (See PRE-CHECK )
- OK: Check And Replace Skid Control ECU Assy.
- NG: Replace Deceleration Sensor
