Inspection Procedure

- Inspect Brake Actuator Assy.
- Disconnect the brake actuator connector.
- Check continuity between terminal BS(16) and terminals SFRH(7), SFLH(14), SRRH(20), SRLH(6), SFRR(5), SFLR(19), SRRR(18) and SRLR(12) of brake actuator.
- OK: Continuity
NOTE:Resistance of each solenoid
SFRH, SFLH, SRRH, SRLH: 8.3-9.3 ohms
SFRR, SFLR, SRRR, SRLR: 4.0-4.6 ohms
- Check continuity between terminals SM1 + (13) - SM1-(21), and terminals SM2+(22) - SM2-(23) of brake actuator.
- OK: Continuity
Resistance of each solenoid: 8.3-9.3 Ω
- Check continuity between terminal BS(16) and terminals SRM1(3) and SRM2(10) of brake actuator.
- OK: Continuity
NOTE:Resistance of each solenoid
SRM1, SRM2: 6.2-6.8 ohms
- NG: Replace Brake Actuator Assy.
- OK: Go To Next Step .
- Check Wire Harness And Connector (Brake Actuator - Skid Control ECU).

- NG: Repair Or Replace Harness Or Connector
- OK: Go to next step .
- Check Skid Control ECU Terminal Voltage (SR Terminal)
- Remove the skid control ECU with connectors still connected.
- Turn the ignition switch ON, measure between terminal SR and GND.
- OK: Voltage: 1 V or less
- OK: Check And Repair Harness And ABS Solenoid Relay
- NG: Go To Next Step .
- Check DTC Once More. See PRE-CHECK
- A : Go To Next Step .
- B : No Problem
- Check Contact Condition (Each Connection)
- OK: Check And Replace Skid Control ECU Assy.
- NG: Check And Repair Harness And Connector
