Inspection Procedure

  1. Check Parking Brake Switch Circuit 
    1. OK: Go To Next Step  .
    2. NG: Repair Or Replace Parking Brake Switch Circuit 
  2. Check Brake Fluid Level Warning Switch Circuit 
    1. OK: Go To Next Step  .
    2. NG: Repair Or Replace Brake Fluid Level Warning Switch Circuit 
  3. Check DTC Once More. See  PRE-CHECK  .

    1. A : Go To Next Step  .
    2. B : Repair Circuit Indicated By Output Code 
  4. Inspect Combination Meter Assy. (Brake Warning Light Circuit) 
    1. NG: Repair Or Replace Combination Meter Assy. 
    2. OK: 
  5. Check Harness And Connector (Skid Control ECU - Combination Meter).  See HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT ECU CONTROLLED SYSTEMS .
    1. OK: Check And Replace Skid Control ECU Assy. 
    2. NG: Repair Or Replace Harness Or Connector
