Install Drive Belt

  1. Tighten the idle pulley lock nut temporally.

    Torque: 2.5 N.m (25 kgf.cm, 22 in.lbf) 

  2. Install the drive belt.
  3. Apply drive belt tension by adjusting bolt.

    Drive Belt Tension

    1. New belt: 110 plus or minus; 11 lbf  .
    2. Used belt: 67 plus or minus; 10 lbf  .
  4. Tighten the tension pulley lock nut.

    Torque: 40 N.m (410 kgf.cm, 30 ft.lbf)
