Air Mix Servomotor: Inspection

  1. Remove  INSTRUMENT PANEL AND REINFORCEMENT  .
  2. Remove air mix servomotor  :
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.

  3. Inspect air mix servomotor circuit  . See DTC 41: AIR MIX CONTROL SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT .
  4. Inspect air mix damper position sensor circuit  . See DTC 31: 41 AIR MIX DAMPER POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIY .
  5. Install air mix servomotor  .
  6. Install reinforcement and instrument panel  .
