HV Water Pump Removal

  1. Drain HV coolant  . See Step 2)  Replace Coolant in HYBRID TRANSAXLE ON-VEHICLE REPAIR .
  2. Remove FRONT BUMPER COVER .
  3. Remove LH heat light  .
  4. Remove HV water pump  :
    1. Disconnect the connector for HV water pump.
    2. Disconnect the 2 water hoses from the HV water pump.
    3. Remove the 2 bolts and HV water pump.
