Disassembly Of Converter & Inverter

  1. Remove inverter reservoir tank  :
    1. Remove the 2 bolts, nuts and inverter reservoir tank.
    2. Remove the O-ring from the inverter reservoir tank.

    2. CAUTION:
    • Do not remove the inverter cover unless necessary. Doing so may result in vehicle breakdown or electric shock.
    • When replacing the inverter cover, quickly replace it to prevent water, dirt or dust from entering into the inverter.
  2. Remove inverter cover  :
    1. Remove the 12 bolts and inverter cover.

    2. Remove the gasket from the inverter cover.
  3. Remove bracket  :

    Remove the 6 bolts and 4 brackets.

  4. Remove water hose  .
