Removal & Installation (Avalon)

  1. Remove "V" bank cover for access to ignition coils mounted on top of valve covers. See Figure.
  2. Disconnect electrical connector at ignition coil. Remove bolt and ignition coil. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolt for ignition coil to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
