Power Steering Vane Pump Removal

Remove air cleaner assembly .
1. Disconnect the MAF meter connector.
2. Disconnect the hose.
3. Remove the clamp
4. Remove the 3 bolts and air cleaner assembly.
Disconnect return hose .
Remove the clip and disconnect the return hose.

NOTE: Take care not to spill fluid on the drive belt.

NOTE: Be careful not to drop the switch.

Remove oil pressure switch .
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Remove the oil pressure switch from the pressure feed tube.
If the oil pressure switch is dropped or strongly damaged, replace it with a new one.
Disconnect pressure feed tube .
Remove the union bolt and gasket, and disconnect the tube from the PS vane pump assembly.

Remove drive belt :
1. Loosen the bolt "A" and nut "B".

2. Loosen the bolt "C".
Remove the bolt "A", nut "B" and PS vane pump assembly .
